Chloe, Auwa and the Gruffalo...

Hello - Supreme Being here again :-) I just wanted to tell everyone that my big cousin Chloe and her friend Auwa (Laura) left yesterday. I am a bit sad because I LOVED having them to visit. They played with me lots and lots and lots, and I let them put me to bed (normally I make Mummy and Daddy do that).

NBF's - Auwa and Chloe

We did loads and loads of really fun stuff together including much den building, chocolate eating, face painting, lots of chasing, picnic munching, Ikea shopping, show watching, story reading, group singing, CRAZY dancing and not enough sleeping! It was so, so, so much fun :-). I hope they come back soon...

And then to top it all off I went to see a wonderful show with Daddy that had one of my favourite writers in it - Julia Donaldson!! I was so excited and it was so much fun. She even read a book that I hadn't heard before - Jack and the FlumFlum Tree. I liked it so much that I made Daddy buy the book and get Julia to sign it. She talked to me and told me to look for the little boats on every page. I think I have now found them all. Anyway...she is really cool :-). She finished her show by reading the Gruffalo...and do you know what? The Gruffalo actually came out to say hello to us. So, you see... there really is such a thing as a Gruffalo.

Daddy is sacked...

Hello there...it's Emily here again. It's about a year since I last wrote when the Commonwealth Games were on, and so I thought it about time that I penned another note into this blog thing - so I've sacked Daddy and stolen his computer.

Mummy and Daddy recently gave me their old camera so not only can I now compete with Daddy at writing the blog, I can also compete at taking photos. I don't really know what the fuss is about. It's pretty easy really - just point and shoot. Even a toddler can do it!

The silly smiling man before I sacked him

Anyway we've been really busy recently since coming back from holiday. Firstly I went up to see Nana, Aunty Leeloo and Rosie and Abbie in Nana's house. Mummy came too of course. We had a lovely time all the girls together, and I got some top quality playing time in. Nana also fed us really well which still has to be one of my favourite activites.

Lovely smiling Nana

Since we've been back there have been lots and lots of people to stay. Firstly Daddy's friend Colin came to stay with 'the boys' (Hamish and Fergus). He's a doctor so I showed him my medical kit - he was very impressed. Then Mummy's friend Sarah came with 'that man' (Paul) and 'that boy' (Finn). They showed me Despicable Me 2 - it was very funny. And then my big cousin Chloe is coming with her friend Laura. I like Chloe, so I am very excited. It's loads of fun having people to stay and I've been showing them some of my favourite things.

Big Rabbit - and my favourite Wee Rabbit will be somewhere close by

I also like Peter Rabbit quite a lot (actually I like most things on telly)

Green is my favourite colour - here's my green cup

 I LOVE BOOKS!!!
Here's my bookcase although most of my books are all over the floor

This is the view out of my bedroom window where I read most of my books

This is the house where most of my animals live

And these are my legs. I like my legs too.

So there you have it - my second blog, including photos about me and my life. Simple. Now I've got it mastered and sacked silly old Daddy I might just continue if I can find the time in my busy life. Better dash now before Daddy realises the computer's missing. Oh and I better pretend to be asleep before Mummy and Daddy check on me. I'm still not too keen on that sleeping thing. Means missing out on fun - so what a waste of time that is!!
